About The Eye Massager Company
One eye massager, sold for comfort rather than on a medical promise. Delivered across Europe.
What we do
We sell one eye massager. It is a padded mask that applies gentle warmth, vibration and light air pressure for about fifteen minutes and then switches itself off. That is the entire range, on purpose. No showroom, no clinic, no consultations.
The reason to own one is uncomplicated. Sitting still with your eyes shut and something warm over them is pleasant at the end of a day spent on screens, and a device with a timer makes you actually do it rather than meaning to.
How we work
Everything we sell is self contained. It charges over USB, needs nothing installed and carries no subscription.
Prices are in euro and include everything you pay at checkout. Delivery is free across Europe on orders of €75 or more, and a flat €25 below that, with express available.
Not sure it is what you want? Email us at theteam@eyemassager.eu.com before you buy. If you are looking for something to treat a diagnosed eye problem we will tell you plainly that this is not it, because that is cheaper for both of us than a return.
What we will not claim
This is the part worth reading. Until August 2026 this site told customers that an eye massager relieves migraine pain, helps dry eyes by stimulating tear production, clears sinus pressure, reduces dark circles and wrinkles, improves sleep, and that the massage releases toxins. It also recommended using the device over fresh botox and filler work. None of that was evidenced, some of it was simply untrue, and one piece of it was advice that could have caused somebody a problem. All of it has been removed and nothing has been written in its place.
What is left is what we can stand behind. This is a comfort and relaxation device. It is not a medical device, it holds no medical certification, and it does not treat any condition. If your eyes hurt, water, dry out or your vision changes, see an optometrist. We would rather lose an order than sell you a gadget on a promise we cannot evidence.
What we sell
Heat
Four levels, holding a constant 38 to 40 degrees celsius at the top setting. About the warmth of a wrung out face cloth, and it holds that rather than climbing.
Air compression
Six airbags inflate and deflate in sequence, so the mask squeezes and releases around the eye sockets and temples rather than simply buzzing.
Vibration and audio
Two vibration modes, and built in Bluetooth speakers that reconnect to the last device you paired, so your music is already playing when you put it on.
Built to be carried
Folds flat through 180 degrees, weighs 285g, charges over USB and comes with a storage bag. A fifteen minute session ends by itself.
Frequently asked questions
What do you actually sell?
One eye massager: a padded mask that combines warmth, vibration and gentle air compression for a fifteen minute session. That is the whole range, deliberately.
What do you not sell?
Eye drops, medicines, and anything clinical or prescription. We are not an optician and we do not offer eye tests, fittings or consultations.
Is it a medical device?
No. It is a consumer comfort and relaxation device, it holds no medical device certification, and we make no claim that it treats any condition.
Why does this site keep saying what it will not claim?
Because until August 2026 it claimed a great deal. It said the device relieved migraine pain, helped dry eyes by stimulating tear production, cleared sinus pressure, reduced dark circles and wrinkles and released toxins, and it recommended using it over fresh botox and filler work. All of that was removed and nothing replaced it.
So why would I buy one?
Because fifteen minutes of warmth and quiet with your eyes shut is genuinely pleasant after a day on screens, and a device with a timer makes you actually stop. That is the offer.
Should anyone avoid it?
Ask your doctor or optometrist first if you have glaucoma or another diagnosed eye condition, a recent eye injury, or you have had eye surgery. Take contact lenses out before use, and do not use it on a young child.
What does delivery cost?
Free across Europe on orders of €75 or more. Below that it is a flat €25, shown in your basket before you pay, and express is available at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours, then delivered in 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week in total.
What happens if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
We put it right at no cost to you, with a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we pay the return postage.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw under EU distance selling rules, separately from your rights if the item is faulty.
How do I pay?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe, or PayPal. Those are the only two methods we accept.
Is there a showroom I can visit?
No. We are online only with no showroom and no collection point.
Who am I actually buying from?
The trading name, legal entity, company registration number, registered address and European office are all in the company details on this page. Email us any time and a real person replies.
