Puffiness around the eyes is one of the most common reasons people go looking for an eye massager, so this page is about what a device like this can honestly offer.
We are not going to tell you it removes eye bags, drains your lymphatic system, reduces dark circles or takes years off you. The previous version of this page said all of those things. They are cosmetic claims we cannot evidence, so they have been removed and nothing has been written in their place.
What the device does is physical and easy to describe: six airbags inflate and deflate in sequence so the mask squeezes and releases gently around your eye sockets and temples, with warmth and optional vibration, for about fifteen minutes. People find that pleasant. Whether it changes how your face looks afterwards is not something we are prepared to promise.
Persistent or sudden swelling around the eyes, especially on one side, is worth showing to a doctor rather than massaging.

We make no claim that it will. It applies warmth, gentle vibration and air compression, and that is as far as we will go.
How does it compare to cucumber slices or a cold spoon?
Those are cold. This is warm. If cold is what helps you, this is not the product you want.
How does it compare to ice packs or cold compresses?
Again, this device only does warmth. It is not a substitute for a cold compress if that is what you are after.
Does it improve lymphatic drainage?
We make no claim about it. That was on the previous version of this page and has been removed.
Will it reduce dark circles?
No claim from us. Dark circles are largely down to skin thickness, pigment and genetics, none of which a mask changes.
Will it help with wrinkles or fine lines?
No, and we do not claim it. The old page said it promotes collagen production, which is not something a warm vibrating mask does.
Does it improve skin texture or elasticity?
We make no cosmetic claims for it at all.
Can I use it after botox or fillers?
Ask the clinician who treated you and follow their advice. Practitioners commonly warn against pressure and massage over fresh injectable work, and the old page recommending it was wrong.
Can I use it on sensitive skin?
Usually yes, and start on the lowest heat setting. Stop if the skin looks irritated afterwards.
Can I use it with eye cream or serums?
Do not put products on the mask itself, as they seep into the electronics. Apply skincare and let it absorb first if you want to use both.
Can I use it with essential oils?
No. The old page suggested a drop of oil on the mask and that was poor advice, both for the device and for your eyes.
Does it help with allergies or sinus congestion?
No claim from us. Those are pharmacist or doctor questions.
Does it help with tiredness and tension?
We are not making a clinical claim, but sitting still with warmth over your eyes for fifteen minutes is a restful thing to do and that is why people like it.
Will it help me sleep?
We make no claim about sleep. Plenty of people use it to wind down before bed, which is not the same as treating a sleep problem.
Is it waterproof?
No. Wipe it with a slightly damp cloth and never submerge it. There is a battery and a motor inside.
Can I use it with contact lenses in?
Take them out first.
How often should I use it?
As often as it is comfortable. Once in an evening is typical.
Is it safe?
It holds a steady temperature and switches off at the end of a session. Take contacts out, do not use it on a young child, and check with your doctor first if you have a diagnosed eye condition or have had eye surgery.
